Clare currently teaches our Adult Ballet and Silver Swans classes. So whatever age you are, whatever physical ability you are, you can join in our lovely class. There will always be a version of the exercise that will work for you.
Georgie currently teaches our Adult Tap classes, with her super sassy choreography and funky music, we love her classes.
We also have a range of adult graded RAD ballet classes too, with dancers working at a couple of different levels.
Current research is showing that keeping active is such an important part of staying fit, healthy and maintaining your immunity. And.. dance classes are such a great way of keeping ourselves fit and healthy. Over the last few years dance has even been shown as the only form of exercise known to actually help delay the onset of dementia.
If you enjoy the classes, you won't even realise that you are actually exercising your mind, body and soul. What an uplifting way to keep yourself fit and healthy.
